Zoom
Zoom is used for communication between us as marketer and client as well as yourself and your clients, Zoom is a video conference call program that allows easy communication. Your image will be filmed and on some occasions the call can be recorded however you are notified prior to the recording starting. Any recordings will be stored as per the privacy act. Slack
Imagine Digital Marketing use Slack as a form of communication with clients, each client has their own slack channel to be able to send messages, documents, and photos. Each channel is kept private unless an additional team member is approved. Google Meet

We use Google Meet as a platform to conduct virtual meetings, consultations, and project discussions with clients, team members, and stakeholders. By participating in a Google Meet session with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Google Meet may collect data such as your name, email address, IP address, and any other personal information you voluntarily share during a meeting.
  • These sessions may be recorded only with prior notice and consent. Recordings, if made, will be securely stored and used solely for internal reference, training, or documentation purposes.
  • Google Meet is a third-party service operated by Google LLC. Their data handling practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy, which you can review here.

WhatsApp

We may use WhatsApp to communicate with clients and partners for the purposes of customer support, project updates, and general enquiries. By engaging with us via WhatsApp, you agree to the following:

  • Your phone number, profile name, and any information you share through WhatsApp may be collected and used by Imagine Digital Marketing to provide our services and respond to your requests.
  • We do not use WhatsApp to collect sensitive personal information unless explicitly required and consented to.
